Hello Vivienne,

I hardly dare write this but the dreaded feeling did not return this time...so far anyway..and I'm not entertaining the idea of it either. If this state continues it's a serious breath through for me and I can't tell you how happy and relieved I am. I could be teetering on the brink of my normal life again.
